Tajik karatekas will take part in the 2018 Summer Asian Games
DUSHANBE, 06.08.2018. /NIAT “Khovar”/. Four karatekas will represent the Republic of Tajikistan in the 2018 Summer Asian Games.
According to the press secretary of the National Olympic Committee of Tajikistan Umarali Safarali, Tajik athletes — Abdulvahhob Sharapov (up to 60 kg), Rajabbek Rahimov (up to 67 kg) and Javohir Haydarov (up to 84 kg) will compete in 3 middle weight categories among men, and Gulosori Suhrob (up to 55 kg) — among women.
It should be noted that karate competitions will be held on August 25-27 in Jakarta on 6 average weight categories among men and 6 middle weight categories among women in the direction of kumite.
