President Emomali Rahmon offers Condolences over Death of Vietnam President
DUSHANBE, 21.09.2018 /NIAT “Khovar”/. The Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon sent a telegram of condolences to the Government and the friendly people of Vietnam.
The message reads in particular:
“It is with great sadness that we have received the news of untimely death of the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Tran Dai Quang.
During his self-sacrificing activity while holding the high office of the President of the country and in other important state positions, Tran Dai Quang won respect of his compatriots and high international prestige.
In this hour of grief, I convey words of sincere sympathy to the family and friends of the deceased as well as the Government and all the friendly people of Vietnam.»
