Meeting of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan
DUSHANBE, 24.09.2018 /NIAT “Khovar”/. The Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan held today a regular meeting of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The Chairman of the Committee on Architecture and Construction Jamshed Ahmadzoda presented the main report “On making changes and addenda to the Town Planning Code of the Republic of Tajikistan”.
It was stressed that the purpose of project management decision making is to improve the legal base in the field of architecture and construction, promote entrepreneurial activity, town planning and construction, as well as in detail to improve provisions of the relevant articles of the Town Planning Code.
For consideration of the Majlisi namoyandagon Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan were submitted six final conclusions of the members of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan concerning draft Constitutional Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On making changes and addenda to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan «On local government bodies», “On Self-Governance Bodies of Settlements and Villages”, as well as to the draft law ‘On making changes and addenda to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan «On Informatization», and «On the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan».
The members of the Government also discussed other draft laws which were included in the Agenda item and adopted appropriate decisions on their implementation.
Specific instructions were given to the responsible persons on preparation of the economy and social sphere of the country for sustainable work in the autumn-winter period 2018-2019″.
The President issued a number of instructions following the meeting. In particular, the Government and Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan have been given a deadline to draw up a comprehensive action plan for the implementation of the instructions of the President taken following working trip to the GBAO.
The Government and Executive Office should submit a report to President of the country Emomali Rahmon on its implementation.
