Tajik folk crafts were presented at the Cairo charity bazaar of Asian countries
DUSHANBE, 20.11.2018. /NIAT “Khovar”/. On November 17, an annual Cairo charity bazaar of Asian countries organized by the Association of Spouses of Ambassadors of Asian countries was held in one of the Cairo hotels on the banks of the Nile. The charity bazaar was officially opened in the presence of the wife of Egyptian Prime Minister Iman Salah.
As NIAT “Khovar” has been reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan, the stand of Tajikistan, which was visited by numerous Egyptian and foreign guests, was decorated with the products of folk art, in particular, samples of national suzane, various accessories, embroidery, pottery, etc. 23 Asian countries were represented at the event. The collected money will go to charity.
The activity of the stand of Tajikistan in the Asian charity bazaar was covered by the mass media of the host country.
