Working delegation of the Qatari Interior Ministry visited the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tajikistan
DUSHANBE, 29.11.2018. /NIAT “Khovar”/. Working delegation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the State of Qatar led by General, Secretary-General Muhammad Abdullah Shahwani on November 27 visited the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan in order to strengthen cooperation in the fight against international terrorism, organized crime, illegal drug trafficking and psychotropic substances.
According to the press center of the Tajik Interior Ministry, high-ranking guests were met by deputies of the head of the Academy and a guard of honor in the mentioned institution’s courtyard.
There was presented to guests the parade-concert with the participation of female cadets and brass band. Members of the Qatari delegation got acquainted with the achievements of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tajikistan, the educational process.
The delegation also met with the Academy staff.
During the meeting, it was expressed mutual readiness to develop cooperation in the fight against organized crime. The creative team of the Academy presented the guests a colorful concert program.
