President Emomali Rahmon Shakes Up Law Enforcement Officials
DUSHANBE, 27.02.2019. (NIAT Khovar) – The Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon held a meeting with the newly appointed officials and senior officers of law enforcement agencies.
By the executive orders of the president Loiqzoda Qanoatsho has been released from his duties as chairman of Rasht district and Muqimi Rahimjon Nabizoda has been appointed the acting chairman of Rasht district.
Rahmonzoda Lolakhon Futur has been released from his duties as director of the Agency for Special Property, due to having reached the retirement age, with Savzaali Nazirzoda having been appointed to take over the position.
Saidzoda Bobojon Abduqodir has been appointed first deputy of the director of the Agency for Special Property.
Fayzulozoda Khurshed Mirzo has been appointed director of the state unitary enterprise Tojinvest under the State Committee on Investment and State-Owned Property Management, thus relieving him of his current position as director of the state institution TV Varzish. Parviz Ismatullov has been appointed director of the state institution TV Varzish.
Nazarzoda Nurullo Ghaffor has been appointed director of the Coordination Center for Projects on Reconstruction and Development of Social Infrastructure Facilities.
In agreement with the president a number of personnel changes were also made among senior officers of the Central Apparatus of the Prosecutor General Office. Prosecutors were also changed in Rushan and Murghob districts of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Oblast (GBAO), Shahrinav, Faizabad, Nurabad, Lakhsh, Roghun, Norak, Khujand, Panjakent, Bobojon Ghafurov, Shahrist and districts of Sughd province, Jayhun as well as Abdurahmoni Jomi of Khatlon province.
The heads of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) departments in the Vakhsh and Shahritus districts of Khatlon province have been replaced, and personnel changes were also made within MIA’s Passport Control Offices and civil registration services.
