Tajikistan and Afghanistan Discuss the Prospects of Bilateral Relations
DUSHANBE, 04.07.2019. (NIAT Khovar) – The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan Sirojiddin Muhriddin received the Acting Minister of Finance and Senior Adviser to the President of Afghanistan Muhammad Humayun Qayumi, who arrived in Tajikistan in order to take part in the seventh meeting of the Joint Intergovernmental Commission on Economy, Commerce, Technology and Social Affairs.
The two parties exchanged views on the state and prospects of bilateral relations in the sphere of economy, trade, tourism, science, education, and the struggle against international terrorism and extremism, as well as on further cooperation of the two countries within international and regional organizations, reported the Tajik Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
