DUSHANBE, 04.09.2019 (NIAT Khovar) – The Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon and Dushanbe Chairman Rustami Emomali laid foundation stones for the construction of five star hotels — Diplomat, Grand Rudaki Tower, High-Rise Multi Functional Hotel Trading Complex, as well as Wyndham Dushanbe Hotel & Resort in Dushanbe.

A 16-storey five star hotel Diplomat will be built according to international standards and will consist of 80 rooms, including two presidential suites, eight suites, two junior suites and 50 ordinary rooms. It will be able to host 150 guests.

The hotel will have the necessary infrastructure, including 4 conference halls, an underground parking lot, one restaurant, two cafes, a swimming pool, 2 beauty salons, offices and two sports halls.

A Multi Functional High-Rise Complex with 24-storey modern five-star hotel and two 18-storey residential apartments of «GRAND RUDAKI TOWER» will be built according to modern architectural requirements and will be constructed within the framework of Dushanbe General Plan.
GRAND RUDAKI TOWER will be built by Sebiston 2018 LLC and will have 141 rooms, including two presidential suites, 30 regular and junior suites, 20 two-bedroom apartments and 100 standard rooms.

Grand Rudaki Tower will have ample opportunities for service and entertainment. In accordance with the developed project, two restaurants, one wedding venue, two cafes, a children’s entertainment center and four conference halls as well as SPA-services also planned to be built here. On upper floors will be constructed offices with all modern conditions that will meet international standards.

A High-Rise Multi Functional Hotel Trading Complex consists of two blocks of 20-storey five stars hotel and a 17-storey business center. It will consist of 160 units, including two presidential suites, 13 luxury rooms and 35 standard rooms.

The hotel will comfortably accommodate up to 300 guests at a time. The designer of the hotel is Elite Stroy-Service LLC. The Complex will be built taking into account national and modern elements of urban development. The complex has a service and entertainment center, offices, restaurant, cafe, SPA-swimming pool, gym, shops and cinema halls.

The Complex will be built within the framework of the Dushanbe General Plan taking into account the infrastructure of modern urban planning.
A five star nine-storey “WYNDHAM Dushanbe Hotel & Resorts” will have 103 rooms with 300 beds, including presidential suites, two super suites, 20 suites, 20 junior suites and 60 standard rooms. The Complex will be built in accordance with the principles of national architecture and the oriental style of urban planning.

WYNDHAM Dushanbe Hotel & Resorts will have SPA service centers, two conference halls, two restaurants, cafes, lounge-bar, indoor swimming pool, beauty salon, fitness gyms, ticketing point of sale, a banquet hall, brand stores and a parking lot for 81 cars.

After acquaintance with the design of the hotel projects, President Emomali Rahmon noted his appreciation of the worthy undertakings of patriotic entrepreneurs toward the prosperity of the capital and advised them on the quality of construction work.

The construction of modern hotels is an important measure to enhance the tourist infrastructure within the framework of 2019-2021 as the Period of Rural Development, Tourism and Folk Crafts in Tajikistan.

All these complexes and hotels are planned to be completed in two years as part of landscaping and construction work for the celebration of the 30th anniversary of state independence.
