Tajikistan Discusses Utilizing Omani Ports For Its Products
DUSHANBE, 20.12.2019 (NIAT Khovar) – Tajik Foreign Minister Sirojiddin Muhriddin met with the First Deputy Minister of Commerce and Industry of Sultanate of Oman Ahmed ibn Husain Al Zib. The meeting took place on December 19 at the Ministry of Trade and Industry of Oman.
The sides discussed strengthening cooperation in the fields of economy, trade, industry, investment, energy, agriculture, tourism, attraction of Omani investment for infrastructure projects in Tajikistan and access of Tajikistan to Omani ports for the export of domestic products to regional markets.
The sides agreed to strengthen the legal framework of economic and trade cooperation and take practical measures to increase trade turnover between the two countries.
