FM Muhriddin Holds Video-Conference with ICRC President Maurer
DUSHANBE, 05.05.2020. (NIAT Khovar) – Today, the Minister of Foreign Affairs Sirojiddin Muhriddin held a video conversation with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) President Peter Maurer.
The conversation focused on important issues relating to the bilateral cooperation in various fields, including the elimination of mines, support for people with disabilities, as well as the elimination of the effects of natural disasters and the situation in Afghanistan.
The parties also exchanged views on stopping the spread of COVID-19, its consequences for the country, as well as the assistance of the International Committee of the Red Cross to Tajikistan in this area.
