Government Resigns by Emomali Rahmon’s Executive Order

DUSHANBE, 30.10.2020 (NIAT Khovar) –President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon signed an executive order on the government today.
In accordance with Article 74 of the Constitution and Article 9 of the Constitutional Law, he announced the resignation of the government.
The government was instructed to continue fulfilling its duties until the new government is formed.
The executive order comes into force upon its signing.
