Senators to Amendment the Consumer Protection Act

DUSHANBE, 26.10.2020 (NIAT Khovar) – Today, the Chairman of the Assembly of Representatives Mahmadtoir Zokirzoda presided over the session of the Council of the Assembly of Representatives.
According to the House of Representatives the session focused on the amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan On Consumers’ Rights Protection.
“The mentioned law was adopted in 2004 and was amended five times. However, there are still inconsistencies between the provisions of this Law and the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan «On regulatory legal acts,» «On the state language of the Republic of Tajikistan,» and other legislations,» the statement said.
