Chairman of the High Council for National Reconciliation of Afghanistan Arrives in Dushanbe

DUSHANBE, 19.12.2020 (NIAT Khovar) – This morning, a high-ranking Afghan delegation headed by the Chairman of the Supreme Council for National Reconciliation of Afghanistan Abdullah Abdullah arrived in Dushanbe.
He was met by the Minister of Transport Azim Ibrohim and other officials.
The visit of the Afghan delegation to Dushanbe will last two days. The officials of the two countries will discuss the creation of a common diplomatic project to ensure the peace process in the region.
Today, Abdullah is scheduled to meet with the Speaker of the Representatives Assembly Mahmadtohir Zokirzoda, Prime Minister Kohir Rasulzoda and the Minister of Foreign Affairs Sirojiddin Muhriddin.
Tomorrow, Abdullah will be received by President Emomali Rahmon.
