Over Fifty Countries Provided Humanitarian Aid to Tajikistan

DUSHANBE, 17.12.2020 (NIAT Khovar) – Humanitarian aid amounting to $45.1 million was provided to Tajikistan in the first 11 months of this year, the Agency for Statistics reports.
This aid, with a total weight of over 19,200 tonnes, was provided by 60 countries. It consisted of flour, vegetable oil, medicines, as well as medical equipment, and vehicles.
China was the largest donor with a share of 40.6%, Uzbekistan and Turkey 9.1%, with India providing 8.1% of the received donations.
