Repatriation of Tajik Citizens from Syria Discussed in Damascus

DUSHANBE, 07.12.2020 (NIAT Khovar) – The Ambassador of Tajikistan to Kuwait Zubaydullo Zubaydzoda met with the Syrian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Faisal al-Miqdad.
Zubaydzoda presented al-Miqdad with a congratulatory letter from the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan Sirojiddin Muhriddin on the occasion of his appointment.
The meeting focused on the issues of repatriation of Tajik citizens from the Al-Hawl camp, and strengthening cooperation between the two countries.
The parties also exchanged views on the situation in the Middle East.
