Minister of Industry and New Technologies Checks the Activities of Industrial Enterprises in Isfara

DUSHANBE, 13.01.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – The Minister of Industry and New Technologies Sherali Kabir got acquainted with the activities of industrial enterprises of Isfara and inspected the joint stock companies Korkhonai Kimiyovi, Tamokhush, a cannery, Subhi Vatan and Shirai Gandum.
During a conversation with industrialists, Kabir emphasized that in order to implement the fourth strategic goal — the country’s accelerated industrialization and the development of the industry, it is necessary to initiate create a free industrial and innovation zone, attraction of potential investors and the introduction of advanced technologies, the formation of a promotion system investment projects and a healthy investment climate, since such measures will allow solving social issues and problems of Isfara’s infrastructure, especially for the creation of new jobs.
The Minister of Industry and New Technologies gave specific instructions to the responsible persons on attracting direct investments, creating new manufacturing enterprises, putting into operation suspended enterprises, producing high-quality, competitive products, using modern technologies and increasing the volume of production.
Isfara is one of the industrial cities with huge reserves of raw materials, which houses 49 largest industrial enterprises. In the case of targeted and effective use of large production capacities of industrial enterprises, other material resources and capabilities of the sphere of the national economy, the cities will develop rapidly and will make a significant contribution to the expansion of the industry and the implementation of the fourth strategic goal of the country — accelerated industrialization.
Isfara’s industry is considered one of the components of the industrial sector, where there are large production capacities, including for the extraction of oil and coal, the production of building materials, chemical and non-ferrous metallurgy products, food products and canned fruit and vegetables.
Isfara’s administration directs the attention of managers, specialists and entrepreneurs to the effective use of existing capacities, production of local raw materials and the competitiveness of exported products, as well as the creation of new enterprises, taking into account the introduction of modern technologies.
