DUSHANBE, 29.03.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – Today, Representatives Assembly Speaker Mahmadtoir Zokirzoda met with the Turkish Minister of Foreign Affairs Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu.
The meeting focused on establishing cooperation between the parliaments of the two countries at a high level.
Zokirzoda also noted that the organization of the Heart of Asia — Istanbul Process Ministerial Conference in Tajikistan is very important for the development of bilateral cooperation.
Turkish FM assessed the conference as very important for strengthening bilateral cooperation in all spheres.
“Turkey has always been a supporter of the expansion of mutually beneficial relations and cooperation with Tajikistan. We consider the consistent development of economic cooperation with Tajikistan as one of our main priorities,” Çavuşoğlu added.
