Nikolay Nikulin Appointed EDB Director for Tajikistan

DUSHANBE, 07.04.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – Nikolay Nikulin will now serve as the Director of the Eurasian Development Bank (EDB) Representative Office in Dushanbe.
He will be involved in organizing the financing of EDB investment projects in Tajikistan.
Prior to joining the EDB, he worked as a Representative of the Russian Customs Service in Belarus and then in Tajikistan.
In March 2021, he was appointed EDB Director for Tajikistan.
