DUSHANBE, 05.05.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – Yesterday, the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Khusrav Noziri received the Ambassador of Afghanistan Mohammad Zahir Aghbar.
The meeting focused on various aspects of the current situation in Afghanistan, in particular the process of inter-Afghan peace negotiations, preparations for the Peace Conference in Istanbul, the possible consequences of the withdrawal of foreign troops and other issues of mutual concern.
Noziri emohasized Tajikistan’s supports of the government of Afghanistan and the efforts of the international community aimed at ensuring security, peace and stability in this country.
