Permanent Representative Attends Extraordinary Meeting of the OIC Executive Committee

DUSHANBE, 17.05.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – On May 16, a virtual Open-Ended Extraordinary Meeting of the OIC Executive Committee at the Level of Foreign Ministers was held to discuss Israel’s military operation in Palestine and East Jerusalem.
The meeting took place per initiative of Saudi Arabia. The Ambassador of Tajikistan to Saudi Arabia and the Permanent Representative of Tajikistan to the OIC Akram Karimi attended the meeting.
Following the meeting, a resolution was adopted by the OIC General Secretariat and the member states of its Executive Committee.
