DUSHANBE, 31.07.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – The Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon sent a message of condolences to the Secretary-General of the United Nations Antonio Guterres.
The message reads in particular:
“Excellency, Mr. Secretary-General,
It is with deep sorrow that we received the news of the untimely demise of your dear mother Ilda Cândida dos Reis Oliveira Guterres.
In connection with this grievous loss, I express my sincere condolences and sympathy to you, to all your relatives and friends, and wish you spiritual strength and patience.”
