Development Prospects of Tajikistan and Central Asia Discussed in Dushanbe

DUSHANBE, 29.10.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – Yesterday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs hosted an international scientific and practical conference entitled the «Topical Issues of International Relations and Diplomacy in Tajikistan and the Central Asian Countries: Vectors of Cooperation and Development Prospects.»
The conference was attended by representatives of government agencies, diplomatic corps in Tajikistan, scientists, professors of higher educational institutions and scientific establishments, as well as representatives of public organizations and associations.
The conference began with opening remarks by Deputy Foreign Minister Sharaf Sheralizoda and the Senior Adviser of the Office of the President’s Assistant on Foreign Relations Mahmadali Rajabiyon.
Participants reported on international relations, areas of cooperation and prospects of development of Tajikistan and Central Asian countries, collaboration with international organizations, positioning the country in the world arena, and different aspects of diplomacy.
