President Emomali Rahmon Visited Dangara

DUSHANBE, 21.10.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – Following his visit to Temurmalik, the Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon visited Dangara of Khatlon Province, where he took part in the opening ceremonies of the Interior Ministry State Educational Institution of Safety and Fire Technology in Korez community, which accommodates 790 students. He also took part in the opening ceremony for a six-story Directorate of the Agency for Social Insurance and Pensions.
He also attended the stone-laying foundation ceremony for rehabilitation of the first stage of the Dangara-Levakant-Bokhtar highway project, which will be financed by the government of Tajikistan and the development partners in three stages.
The first phase is 28.7 kilometers, the second phase is 30.7 kilometers and the third phase is 9.7 kilometers.
After attending the opening ceremony of the Khurramzamin Dairy Processing Plant, which has a production capacity of 5 tonnes of milk per day, and which was built by the initiative of Dushanbe Dairy Combine, President Emomali Rahmon attended the unveiling ceremony of the National Flag Square with a 30-meter flagpole in the Ismat Sharif community.
The opening of the administrative building of Ismat Sharif community, a Khurramzamin cultural center following its renovation, an additional building of the secondary educational institution intended for primary school students built to accommodate 288 students in two shifts, a football stadium with 2,500 seats built by domestic entrepreneur Mirali Mirzoev, as well as an Interior Ministry Department for Defense Service, followed the list.
President Rahmon also visited the Exhibition of Folk Crafts and Agricultural Products.
This year, farmers have sown crops on an area of 38,419 hectares, bringing the volume of agricultural production to over 1 billion somoni as of October 1, which is 13 million somoni more than compared to last year.
This year, Dangara farmers have sown cotton on the area of 4,680 hectares and as of October 20 of this year, they have harvested 10,195 tonnes of cotton, which is 1,127 tonnes more than the forecast.
During this period, 3.57 tonnes of agricultural products have been exported from Dangara to other countries, which is 548 tonnes more than compared to last year.
