Tajikistan and Saudi Arabia Discuss Investment Cooperation

DUSHANBE, 18.11.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – Trade and economic interaction between Tajikistan and Saudi Arabia, including a gradual increase in trade, was discussed yesterday by the Minister of Economic Development and Trade Zavki Zavkizoda and the Ambassador of Saudi Arabia to Tajikistan Waleed bin Abdulrahman Alreshaidan.
The meeting also focused on the creation of joint ventures in Taajikistan’s free economic zones, development of bilateral cooperation in the green economy, creation of logistics centers, and other important issues in trade, economic, and investment cooperation.
Zavkizoda noted that the development of mutually beneficial cooperation with Saudi Arabia is a priority for Tajikistan.
Following the meeting, gratitude was expressed for the creation of favorable conditions for cooperation, as well as readiness to establish mutually beneficial cooperation and the implementation of the above issues.
