President Replaces Regional Police Officials

DUSHANBE, 24.02.2022 (NIAT Khovar) – The Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon received the newly appointed officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
In agreement with President Emomali Rahmon, the heads of Dushanbe Internal Directorate, Khatlon, GBAO and Kulob, as well as heads of internal departments in Jaihun, Vakhsh, Temurmalik Shahritus, Faizobod and Nurobod have been replaced.
During the meeting with the newly appointed officers, instruction were given regarding ensuring the rule of law, combating all forms of crime, prevention of drugs and weapons trafficking, and other transnational crimes.
