Muhriddin and Norov Discuss Cooperation between Tajikistan and Uzbekistan

DUSHANBE, 13.05.2022 (NIAT Khovar) – Today in Dushanbe, on the sidelines of the CIS ministerial council meeting, the Minister of Foreign Affairs Sirojiddin Muhriddin met with the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Acting Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan Vladimir Norov.
The officials expressed satisfaction with the high level of Tajik-Uzbek cooperation.
The meeting focused on a range of issues of bilateral cooperation in political, trade, economic, cultural, humanitarian and other areas of mutual interest.
The parties also exchanged views on preparations for the meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation and upcoming contacts at the highest and high levels.
