Tajikistan and IAEA Discuss Implementation of Projects

DUSHANBE, 04.07.2022 (NIAT Khovar) — On July 1 in Vienna, on the sidelines of political consultations between Tajikistan and Austria, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Farhod Salim met with the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Rafael Grossi.
The meeting focused on issues of cooperation between Tajikistan and the IAEA.
The parties paid attention to the implementation of IAEA projects in Tajikistan, including the training of Tajik specialists and the participation of Tajikistan in regional IAEA projects, the expansion of technical cooperation and the application of safeguards.
