It was initiated by the Embassy of Tajikistan in Georgia with the support of the Honorary Consul of Tajikistan in Batumi.
In his opening speech, the Ambassador of Tajikistan to Georgia Rustam Soli noted the importance of the event for developing and strengthening mutually beneficial trade, economic and investment cooperation between the two countries.
All participants were informed about the opportunities for investment in various sectors of the economy of Tajikistan, including hydropower, industry, mining and processing of minerals, processing and export of agricultural products, construction of tourism and transport infrastructure, which are priorities for Tajikistan.
Soli informed the participants about the economic and social achievements of Tajikistan, especially about the start of the implementation of its fourth strategic goal — the accelerated industrialization of Tajikistan.
