Independence Day of Tajikistan Celebrated in Washington

DUSHANBE, 10.09.2022 (NIAT Khovar) – On September 8, Tajikistan’s Embassy in the US hosted an event in honor of the 31st anniversary of Independence Day.
The event was attended by representatives of Tajik societies, students and individuals working in Washington.
The event was opened by the Advisor to the Embassy of Tajikistan in the US Payrav Amirzoda.
He emphasized Tajikistan’s achievements and President Emomali Rahmon’s significant contribution to establishing peace, stability, and increasing the authority of Tajikistan in the international arena.
The event was also attended by Professor of the National University of Tajikistan Abdusalom Mamadnazarov and a representative of the Tajik society Firuz Jonbilov.
