Tajik and Uzbek FMs Discuss Implementation of the Agreements

DUSHANBE, 19.11.2022 (NIAT Khovar) – On November 18 in Samarkand, on the sidelines of the 18th ministerial meeting of the countries of Central Asia and the European Union and the Connectivity Conference of the EU and Central Asia: “Global Gateway” for Sustainable Development, the Minister of Foreign Affairs Sirojiddin Muhriddin met with his Uzbek counterpart Vladimir Norov.
The meeting focused on the implementation of the agreements reached as the result of the official visit of the President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon to Uzbekistan in June 2022.
The ministers also had an exchange of views on topical issues of the regional and international agendas.
