Tajikistan and China Discuss Inter-Parliamentary Relations

DUSHANBE, 09.12.2022 (NIAT Khovar) – Today, the Chairman of the Committee of the Assembly of Representatives on Agrarian Issues, Water and Land Resources, Chairman of the Tajik-Chinese Parliamentary Friendship Group Rustam Latifzoda met with the Chinese Ambassador to Tajikistan Ji Shumin.
The meeting focused on the current state and future prospects of the development of bilateral relations between Tajikistan and China, including inter-parliamentary relations.
The two parties also discussed promising areas of cooperation with an emphasis on trade and economy, education, health care and social protection.
Following the meeting, they expressed confidence that the cooperation between Tajikistan and China will continue to expand in all areas for the benefit of the people of both countries, the peace and prosperity of the region.
