Khovar’s Director Meets Ambassador of Saudi Arabia to Tajikistan

DUSHANBE, 01.03.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – Issues of strengthening cooperation in the field of information exchange, coverage of global initiatives of the President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon on water and climate issues, important events and significant achievements in the state media of Tajikistan and Saudi Arabia were discussed today by Khovar’s Director Subhiddin Shamsiddinzoda and the Saudi Arabian Ambassador to Tajikistan Walid ibn Abdurrahman ar-Rushaidan.
It was emphasized that in order to intensify bilateral ties in the field of information, the parties prepared a draft Memorandum of Cooperation between Khovar and the Saudi Press Agency, the signing of which can contribute to strengthening relations with the information departments of both states.
Khovar’s Director praised the efforts of the Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Tajikistan to strengthen cooperation, especially in the field of the media.
The Ambassador emphasized the important role of news agencies in strengthening bilateral relations and emphasized the readiness to help strengthen information ties.
