Tajik U-17 Football Team Will Hold a Training Camp in Saudi Arabia

DUSHANBE, 14.03.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – As part of the preparation for the 2023 Asian Cup, which will be held from June 15 through July 2 in Thailand, Tajik U-17 football team will hold a two-week training camp in Saudi Arabia.
For the training camp, which is scheduled from March 15 to 30 in Dammam, the head coach Rahmatullo Fuzailov invited 27 players, including 3 goalkeepers, 6 defenders, 13 midfielders and 5 forwards. In Saudi Arabia, Tajik team will play four control matches.
It should be noted that the rivals of the U-17 team in the 2023 Asian Cup will become known on March 30 during the draw, which will be held in Bangkok.
Following the results of the 2023 Asian U-17 Cup in Thailand, the top four teams will advance to the 2023 World Cup in Peru.
