DUSHANBE, 31.05.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – On May 31, a meeting of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan was held in the building of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan under the chairmanship of the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Head of the Government of the country Emomali Rahmon.

At the meeting, first of all, the decisions of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on introducing changes and additions to 4 draft Laws of the Republic of Tajikistan and 8 conclusions of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan were discussed.

Members of the Government of the country discussed decisions on the draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan «On Amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Tajikistan», on the draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan «On Amendments to the Code of Procedure of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Tajikistan», on the draft Law The Republic of Tajikistan «On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan «On Education» and On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan «On Export Control».

After the discussion, 4 draft laws and 8 conclusions of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan were submitted to the Majlisi namoyandagon Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan for consideration.

Then, at the meeting of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, issues were discussed about the National Program for the Development of Voluntary Activities in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2023-2027, about the Program for the Development of Pavlovian Cultivation in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2024-2028, about the Award of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan in the field of tourism, on taking measures for the development of the cocoon industry and on the report on the available lands, their distribution by groups, types and land users of the country as of January 1, 2023, and relevant decisions were made based on them.

At the end of the meeting of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, the President of the country, Emomali Rahmon, gave specific instructions to the members of the Government of the country, heads of ministries and state agencies, executive bodies of state authority of regions and cities and districts related to the implementation of the previous instructions of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the tasks set for the next meeting of the Government.

The officials were also charged with safe harvesting, sufficient food supply, efficient use of arable land, implementation of repeated planting, including planting of potatoes, preparation for the winter season, regular supply of electricity and heat, stock of fuel in organizations and institutions of the country, summer vacation of students, repair and renovation of educational institutions and preparation for the academic year of 2023-2024, serious preparation for the celebration of the 35th anniversary of state independence and other measures of improvement and creativity.
