DUSHANBE, 18.05.2023 (NIAT Khovar) –As part of the Central Asia – China Summit in Xi’an the Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon met with the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
During the cordial meeting, a wide range of issues of friendship, neighborliness and cooperation between Tajikistan and Uzbekistan were discussed.
President of our country Emomali Rahmon expressed his satisfaction with the opportunity of the meeting and assessed its results will be significant for strengthening relations between Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the state and prospects of relations between the two countries at various levels, including within the Central Asia-China summit.
