Russian Business Circles Are Interested in Developing Cooperation with Tajik Entrepreneurs

DUSHANBE, 23.06.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – Russian business circles are interested in developing cooperation with Tajik entrepreneurs. This was said on June 21 in Khujand at a meeting of the Chairman of the Sughd region Rajabboy Ahmadzoda and Russian Deputy Minister of Economic Development Dmitry Volvach.
It was noted that the Sughd region has ample opportunities, and establishes mutual cooperation with various regions of Russia.
In 2022, the trade turnover between the Sughd region and the regions of Russia amounted to more than $600,000,000.
Russian entrepreneurs and interested companies were invited to participate in the implementation of small and large projects, the construction of industrial, processing, packaging, mining and metallurgical, textile enterprises.
The parties also discussed other regional and intergovernmental issues.
The purpose of the visit of the Russian delegation to Tajikistan is to strengthen mutually beneficial relations with the business circles.
