Tajik Delegation Visits Textile Exhibition in Tashkent

DUSHANBE, 01.06.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – A Tajik delegation from among 23 textile and clothing companies visited the UzTextile Expo Spring, which was held from May 29 through May 31 in Tashkent.
Representatives of Tajikistan got acquainted with new trends, opportunities to purchase the necessary raw materials, such as blended yarn and accessories, and also established new business contacts.
More than 9,000 experts, businessmen and traders visit UzTextile Expo annually, showcasing the achievements of the textile business and the fashion industry from the world’s leading manufacturers along the entire production chain — from yarn to ready-made clothing.
Representatives of Tajik textile and clothing companies also had the opportunity to search for partners and suppliers in Tashkent and the Tashkent region, visiting wholesale markets, as well as showrooms of local companies and traders.
The participation of the Tajik delegation in international exhibitions will provide an excellent opportunity for companies to become competitive in regional markets by establishing new business contacts, obtaining information about trends in the sector, as well as learning more about the requirements of the global market.
