All Paid Public Services Will Be Carried Out By Non-Cash Method from August 1

DUSHANBE, 21.07.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – The National Bank of Tajikistan informs the citizens that on the basis of the Presidential Decree, from August 1, payment for all paid public services will be carried out by non-cash method.
Legal entities, individual entrepreneurs and farmers need to use a bank account to make non-cash payments for public services. In the absence of a bank account, they can apply to any financial credit institution and open a bank account.
Individuals (the population) can use bank payment cards, electronic wallets, mobile applications and Internet banking, POS terminals and QR codes to pay for public services.
The group of state paid services includes the payment of taxes, state fees for issuing permits and licenses, other mandatory payments to the budget, fines, the amount of compulsory state insurance, medical care, utilities and other types of public services.
