Over 1,935 Foreign Citizens Study at the Tajik State Medical University in 2023

DUSHANBE, 08.08.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – In the 2022-2023 academic year, 1,936 foreign citizens from 23 countries studied at the Tajik State Medical University.
In particular, 1,918 people study at the undergraduate level, 6 people at the postgraduate scientific education level, and 12 people at the postgraduate medical education level.
The university has established training in three languages — the state, Russian and English. The educational space is maintained in Russian, the number of groups studying in Russian is 461 (61.7%), those studying in the state language — 180 (24.1%), in English — 106 units (14.2%).
