National Banks of Tajikistan and Switzerland Expand Cooperation

DUSHANBE, 16.10.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – According to the plan, in 2024, specialists from the Swiss National Bank will visit Tajikistan and conduct training for employees of the National Bank. This issue was discussed by the chairmen of the national banks of Tajikistan and Switzerland Hokim Kholikzoda and Thomas Jordan in Morocco.
The parties also discussed the possibility of continuing cooperation in the field of increasing the potential of National Bank employees in the sectors of operational and accounting risk management, organizing a trip for Swiss National Bank specialists to Dushanbe in 2024 to conduct training events and consultations.
It was emphasized that cooperation between the two countries in various spheres of the economy is increasingly expanding.
Chairman of the Swiss National Bank expressed his readiness to further expand cooperation towards strengthening the banking system of Tajikistan.
