Foreign Minister of Turkiye Lays a Wreath at the Ismoil Somoni Monument in Dushanbe

DUSHANBE, 10.01.2024 (NIAT Khovar) – Today, as part of his official visit to Tajikistan, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkiye Hakan Fidan laid a floral wreath at the monument of the founder of the first Tajik state Ismoil Somoni in Dushanbe as a sign of respect for the history of statehood, culture and civilization of the Tajik nation.
He was accompanied by officials during the ceremony.
Today, the President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon is expected to receive Fidan.
Additionally, Tajik Minister of Foreign Affairs Sirojiddin Muhriddin will hold a meeting with his Turkish counterpart.
