DUSHANBE, 07.02.2024 (NIAT Khovar) – Today, the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation,  President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, received for conversation the personnel appointed to the leadership positions in the Agency for State Financial Control and Combating Corruption, the Agency for Civil Service under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, and the Main Department for the Protection of State Secrets under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

By the decrees of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the professional and experienced as well as young and promising personnel have been appointed to the positions of the First Deputy and the Deputy Director of the Agency for State Financial Control and Combating Corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan, and in agreement with the Head of State — the heads of departments of the Agency for State Financial Control and Combating Corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan in Badakhshan Mountainous Autonomous Province, Dushanbe, provinces of Sughd and Khatlon, Kulob region of Khatlon Province, the heads of some of the departments of the central apparatus of the Agency for State Financial Control and Combating Corruption.

Also, the Deputy Director of the Agency for Public Service under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan and the First Deputy and the Deputy Head of the Main Department for the Protection of State Secrets under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan were appointed. The Head of State Emomali Rahmon, during the conversation, drew the attention of the audience to the shortcomings and deficiencies that are visible in the work of this and other state bodies. He gave instructions and guidance to eliminate them, to lead the relentless fight against any type of crime, supervise the effective spending of budget funds and the targeted implementation of investment projects, and to promote service activities with a high sense of responsibility and patriotism.

It was emphasized that knowledge of at least two foreign languages, education of young, patriotic and loyal personnel to the state and nation, as well as comprehensive assistance in strengthening security and stability in the society are among the main tasks of every civil servant.
