DUSHANBE, 20.04.2024 (NIAT Khovar) – In the era of independence, the capital of the country flourished and hundreds of facilities of various purposes were built with the constructive efforts of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the support of the Executive body of state power of Dushanbe.

Only today, in honor of the Capital Day, a number of modern residential, service and industrial facilities were put into use in Dushanbe.

In particular, on April 20, the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, and the Chairman of the Majlisi milli Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, Mayor of the city of Dushanbe, Honorable Rustam Emomali, put in commission a multifunctional building with the four-star «Firdavsi» Hotel in Shohmansur district in honor of the Capital Day.

The modern complex consists of 22 floors, the four-star «Firdavsi» Hotel is located on the 13th to 22nd floors of the building and has 103 service rooms, including 33 suites, 8 semi-suites and 62 standard ones. In the hotel, it is possible to serve 200 guests at the same time according to international standards.

With the opening of a new complex of services, tourism and entertainment in the capital of the country, 250 new jobs were created. During the construction of the facility, more than 150 local specialists were employed.

The modern facility was built by domestic businessmen Bakhtiyor Saidov and Hikmatullo Muqimov in cooperation with «Muqim-1» company.

The building also has shopping and service centers, entertainment and recreation centers, a meeting hall with 57 seats, a restaurant and a canteen, a gym, a bathroom and other auxiliary facilities, and an underground parking lot for vehicles has also been built. On the top floor of the building there is a place for sitting and summer rest for 150 people.

58 office rooms are located on the 3rd to 12th floors of the building and are equipped with all necessary facilities.

A language learning center has been established in the modern residential and service facility for the study of foreign languages for teenagers and young people.

We recall that on October 10, 2019, the President of the country, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, and the Mayor of the city of Dushanbe, Honorable Rustam Emomali, laid the foundation for the start of construction works.

The magnificent facility was built as part of construction measures to welcome the national holiday — 35th anniversary of the state independence of the Republic of Tajikistan with the support of the leadership of Dushanbe Executive body of state power, and was put to use during the «Capital Day» celebration.

The Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, expressed his gratitude to domestic entrepreneurs for building a modern complex of services, entertainment and tourism in the capital of the country, and considered such initiatives and actions as role models in the process of construction activities and creation of new jobs for residents.
