DUSHANBE, 20.05.2024 (NIAT Khovar) – On May 20, the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, held a working meeting with the participation of the Chairman of the Majlisi milli Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, Mayor of Dushanbe, Honorable Rustam Emomali, heads of a number of central structures of the country and republican ministries and agencies.

At the meeting, firstly the issues related to the elimination of the consequences of natural disasters in different regions of the country, repair and reopening of damaged roads and providing necessary assistance to the affected people were discussed.

Honorable Head of State Emomali Rahmon gave specific instructions to the officials regarding these issues and also to fulfill the tasks given on March 9 in the meeting with the activists, representatives of the society and religious servants, including to ensure the rule of law, stability and security in the society.
