Tajikistan, China signed documents on cooperation worth TJS 6 billion

DUSHANBE, 22.06.2024 /NIAT «Khovar»/. Trade and Investment Forum of Tajikistan and China took place on June 21 in Dushanbe.
The forum was held jointly with the Ministries of Economic Development and Trade, Industry and New Technologies and the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Tajikistan.
Following the forum, the relevant documents on cooperation were signed, including the construction of an iron ore enterprise at the Shahkadambuluk mine, supply and installation of international level structures in the construction of a stadium for 3000 seats in Dushanbe, supply of electric vehicles for cab services in Dushanbe, construction of a logistics center and metallurgical plant «Talco Gold» worth more than 6 billion TJS.
Currently, 600 companies with Chinese equity capital operate in the country, and the volume of Chinese capital in the national economy over the past 10 years amounted to more than 3.8 billion US$.
