President Emomali Rahmon Makes Personnel Appointments

DUSHANBE, 18.07.2024 (NIAT Khovar) – On July 18, the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, made personnel changes in the structures of the judiciary, the prosecution bodies, the Ministry of Defense, the Agency for State Financial Control and Combating Corruption, the Ministry of Education and Science, the Center for Strategic Research and several agencies under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The candidacy of Mirzozoda Nemat Mirzo was submitted to the consideration of the Majlisi milli Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan for appointment as a judge of the Supreme Economic Court.
Young and experienced personnel were appointed by the decrees of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan to the positions of the chairman of the Khorug city court of GBAO Province, the chairman of the Dusti district court of Khatlon Province, the judge of the Kubodiyon district court of Khatlon Province, the judge of the Levakant city court of Khatlon Province, the judge of the Panj district court of Khatlon Province, the deputy chairman of the Jabbor Rasulov district court of Sughd Province, the deputy chairman of the Economic Court of Dushanbe city, the deputy chairman of the military court of Dushanbe garrison, the deputy chairman of the Ismoili Somoni district court of Dushanbe city.
Qualified and experienced personnel were appointed by the resolutions of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to the positions of the Deputy Minister of Education and Science, First Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for Investment and State Property Management, Head of the State Institution «Center for the Implementation of the Construction and Equipping of Schools Project», Deputy Chairman of the Construction and Architecture Committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, Director of the State Television Institution «Sinamo», Deputy Head of the Communications Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and Head of the Representative Office of the Ministry of Labor, Migration and Employment of the Republic of Tajikistan in the Russian Federation.
By orders of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Deputy Director of the National Legislation Center, First Deputy Director of the Center for Strategic Research under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Deputy Director of the Center for Strategic Research under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan were appointed from among the management personnel of these fields.
In agreement with the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, young and qualified personnel were appointed to the positions of the heads of several departments of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Tajikistan, the prosecutor of Murghob district of GBAO Province, the military prosecutor of the Khorug garrison, the prosecutor of supervision of the implementation of laws in correctional institutions and the execution of criminal punishment in Sughd Province, the prosecutors of the Muminobod and Shamsiddin Shohin districts of Khatlon Province, Sangvor and Rudaki districts, and the heads of two departments of the Agency for State Financial Control and Combating Corruption.
Personnel changes were also carried out in the Ministry of Defense, the General Staff, units of the Armed Forces of the country, among some commanders of military units and the military commissariat of cities and districts of central subordination mainly from among the personnel with two or more higher military educations.
During the conversation, the Honorable Head of State Emomali Rahmon firstly paid serious attention to the inappropriate and illegal behavior of the chairman of Shamsiddin Shohin district court of Khatlon Province, Zohir Muminzoda, with regard to a soldier of the Border Troops at the checkpoint, and emphasized that he not only be relieved of his duties, but to be completely expelled from the judiciary system.
The Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, in the continuation of the conversation, mentioned the complex and rapidly changing situation in the region and the world and increase in dangers and threats in our planet, and therefore guided all civil servants, first of all the officers of law enforcement bodies and protectors of the Fatherland, on faithful service, enhancement of professional knowledge and skills, learning foreign languages, proper training of young personnel, ensuring justice and the rule of law in society, and strengthening the defense power of the state.
