Leader of the Nation Holds Phone Talk with the Chairmen of Sughd and Khatlon Provinces, Cities and Districts of Ayni, Farkhor, Vahdat, Nurobod and Sangvor

DUSHANBE, 05.08.2024 (NIAT Khovar) – On the morning of August 5, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, held a telephone conversation with the chairmen of Sughd and Khatlon provinces, cities and districts of Ayni, Farkhor, Vahdat, Nurobod and Sangvor, and heard their reports on the elimination of the consequences of natural disasters and other pressing issues of the day.
Much attention was paid to the reconstruction of the houses of families affected by natural disasters. The Honorable Head of State Emomali Rahmon expressed his concern about the slow pace of reconstruction and demanded that the works be accelerated so that the affected people would have new houses and household appliances before the next State Independence Day.
The heads of the mentioned cities and districts were also obliged to take the process of repair and renovation of educational institutions up to remote villages under their direct control and to personally accept the acts of performance of the works.
The President of the country, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, also gave instructions to the leaders of the mentioned regions, cities and districts on timely and high-quality replanting and comprehensive preparation for winter, stressing that the leadership of all cities and districts and other responsible bodies should pay serious attention to these issues.
