DUSHANBE, 11.07.2024 (NIAT Khovar) – As part of the working visit to Nurobod district, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, put in commission the new residential houses that were built for the families affected by natural disasters.

Honorable Head of State Emomali Rahmon visited residential houses in the newly built neighborhood and highly appreciated the work done by the builders.

New residential buildings were built in almost two months and are fully equipped with all household items.

The Leader of the Nation had a sincere conversation with the families affected by the natural disasters in the village of Yakhak, and handed over the keys of the houses to 22 families in a solemn ceremony.

People expressed their gratitude to the Honorable Head of State Emomali Rahmon with love and respect, because in a short time they got new apartments equipped with all the necessary facilities.

We remind that for the purpose of building 22 residential houses for the population of the village of Yakhak of rural community named after Izatullo Halimov, a 2-hectare plot of land was allocated by the order of the Honorable Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, next to the Nurobod-Rasht international highway.

Construction works started on July 15 this year. Residential buildings have 4 rooms, a kitchen, a corridor and other necessary facilities.

The construction of 900 meters of vehicle road and pedestrian roads, power lines, water and other infrastructure of the newly built neighborhood was completed by the workers of the local structures of the Ministry of Transport and other sectoral offices in the stipulated time and with high quality.

At the instruction of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Agency of State Material Resources under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan has provided building materials to those who need them, so that residential houses can be built within the specified period. Residential houses are built mainly from baked bricks and other high-quality materials, so that the living conditions of the residents will be better than before.

Honorable Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon was informed that in the construction of residential houses for the population affected by the natural disaster in the village of Yakhak, officers and soldiers of the military unit stationed in Rasht district of the Committee of Emergency Situations and Civil Defense under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan were involved in the construction work so that the works be completed in a short period of time, and the victims have new homes.

From the first days, the progress of construction works in residential houses for the affected population of Nurobod district was under the direct attention of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon.

Officials of republican ministries and agencies and local authorities were tasked to build houses for citizens in a short period of time and with high quality.

The families who own the renovated apartments are grateful for the peace and stability, unity and sympathy, and the help and care of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, who provided them with all the conditions of life in a short period of time.
