Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon participated in ceremony to commission the dairy products processing enterprise in Khorugh
DUSHANBE, 13.10.2024 /NIAT Khovar/. On October 13, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, launched the activity of the Limited Liability Company «Panj» in the city of Khorugh.
The industrial factory processes up to 2 tons of milk per day and produces 11 types of products, such as sour cream, cream, cottage cheese, yogurt and kefir.
About 30 people are employed in the dairy factory, and more than 100 jobs will be created in the near future with the increase in the production capacity of the factory.
The technology was imported from Russia and China, and the enterprise can process up to 700 tons of milk per year.
In Rushon, Shughnon, Roshtqal’a districts and Khorugh city, a place for receiving milk from the population’s livestock has been established, and after checking its quality, it will be processed. The establishment of the enterprise along with providing quality products to the market, at the same time, by using the opportunities of the cities and districts of the mountains, contributes to the development of animal husbandry and thereby generating additional income for the population.
In accordance with the requirements, there are conditions for storage of 4 tons of products in the warehouse of the enterprise.
