President of Tajikistan sends telegram of condolences to Seat of the Ismaili Imamat

On February 5, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, sent a telegram of condolences to the Seat of the Ismaili Imamat, which reads:
“I express my sincere condolences on the passing of His Highness Prince Karim Aga Khan IV.
With his continuous efforts to preserve peace and stability, progress and development of the Islamic world, and the implementation of the goals of universal development, this great man earned fame and a special status and position in the international arena. In this regard, I would like to emphasize his contribution to promoting constructive cooperation with the Republic of Tajikistan.
Conveying my good memory and respect for the deceased, I express my condolences, sympathy and deep compassion on behalf of myself and the entire people of Tajikistan to his family and relatives, and I pray to God to grant them patience.”
